Re-Crafts has officially begun!
This week marked the launch of the Re-Crafts project – Strengthening Vocational Education to Promote Craft and Upcycling Entrepreneurs in the Cultural and Green Tourism Value Chain.
Partners from Portugal, Spain, Mozambique, Cape Verde, and Angola came together to kick off this initiative, which values local cultural heritage, promotes sustainable practices, and invests in vocational education as a driver for social transformation.
The project will train educators, artisans, and entrepreneurs to develop sustainable products using recycled materials, strengthening the connection between crafts, cultural tourism, and the circular economy.
Rosto Solidário is proud to be part of this network committed to inclusion, local development, and creative entrepreneurship.
Together, we are building real solutions for fairer, more resilient, and more sustainable communities!
The project is implemented by: Rosto Solidário (Portugal), FEDESPAB (Portugal), Cáritas de Angola (Angola), Cáritas Moçambicana (Mozambique), Espaço Jovem (Cape Verde), and ASPAYM (Spain).
It is funded by the Erasmus+ Programme.
