Taking a moment to reflect, share and celebrate teamwork was the challenge set during the first annual gathering of Rosto Solidário’s staff.

We believe that happy, valued and united teams create an even greater social impact. This gathering was therefore an opportunity to strengthen relationships, recognise each person’s contribution and reinforce the commitment that unites us around Rosto Solidário’s mission.

Throughout the day, we created space for something that does not always fit into our busy schedules, but that helps improve team dynamics.

We reflected on the importance of happiness at work for productivity and personal well-being, recognised the talents and contributions of each member of the team, and then gave space to creativity through painting ceramic pieces, in a relaxed moment of connection and enjoyment.

It was a day of learning, well-being and sharing that strengthened the bonds and values that unite and inspire us: empathy, closeness, collaboration and team spirit — values we want to continue cultivating every day.

We are grateful for the opportunity to experience this enriching day and hope this was the first of many gatherings dedicated to caring for the people who, every day, bring Rosto Solidário’s mission to life.

Because caring for the people who care for our mission is also a way of creating impact.
