On 17 and 18 September, a transnational meeting of the My Rural Mentor<\/strong> project, funded by the Erasmus+ programme, took place in Trapani, Italy.<\/p>\n

The meeting brought together the project partners to review the progress of the activities carried out so far and define the next steps.<\/p>\n

Key topics included the implementation of the mentoring model, support and follow-up for mentors and young participants, service-learning<\/em> projects, monitoring and evaluation, and upcoming communication and dissemination activities.<\/p>\n

In Portugal, the project involves Rosto Solid\u00e1rio<\/strong> and Casa-Escola Agr\u00edcola Campo Verde<\/strong><\/a>, in Rates, which contribute to the development and implementation of mentoring and youth participation activities in rural contexts.<\/p>\n

My Rural Mentor<\/strong> aims to promote the well-being, participation and inclusion of vulnerable young people living in rural and depopulated areas through mentoring relationships, community activities and initiatives led by young people themselves.<\/p>\n

The meeting provided an opportunity to strengthen cooperation among the partners and make progress in preparing the next phases of the project.<\/p>\n
