The \u201cMulheres e Vida\u201d<\/strong> project focuses on the empowerment of Angolan women<\/strong> in the dioceses of Luanda, Viana, and Caxito, promoting both individual and community strengthening through capacity building<\/strong> and the creation of knowledge-sharing and replication networks<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The project\u2019s first training session took place from May 30 to June 1<\/strong> in the Diocese of Caxito<\/strong>, bringing together 30 women<\/strong> from the three dioceses.<\/p>\n

Over the course of three days, participants experienced intense moments of sharing, active listening, critical reflection<\/strong>, and personal growth<\/strong>. Practical activities, group dynamics, and real case analyses sparked deep engagement and motivation.<\/p>\n

Topics addressed included entrepreneurship and women\u2019s empowerment<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

This training marked the first step in a journey<\/strong> designed to transform participants into multipliers of impact<\/strong>, able to replicate the knowledge acquired within their communities through the facilitation of 10 local community action groups<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The trained women expressed a clear commitment to sharing what they learned locally, bringing hope, tools, and inspiration<\/strong> to their communities. This participatory methodology<\/strong> aims to ensure the sustainability and multiplication of impact<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
