ROSTO SOLID\u00c1RIO AS A HOST INSTITUTION<\/h1><\/div><\/div>
<\/div>[\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row centered=”yes” sd_margin_top=”70px”][vc_column][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner][vc_column_text]The European Solidarity Corps<\/a> <\/strong>offers young people the opportunity to support the resolution of problematic situations across Europe, on themes as diverse as environment, sustainability, health, culture and heritage, sport, gender equality, European awareness, inter-religious dialogue, ethnic minorities, civil protection, social services, among others.<\/p>\n

If you are between 18 and 30,<\/strong> and feel interested in taking part in a solidarity volunteering experience, you can register on the ESC portal<\/a>.<\/p>\n

It offers you the opportunity to help and participate in the daily work of an organization, for a period from 2 to 12 months.
\nESC is free of charge<\/strong> and supports<\/strong> young people in travel, accommodation, food, insurance, specific trainings, mentoring and pocket money<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Rosto Solid\u00e1rio<\/strong> promotes and supports volunteering experiences under ESC and, as a hosting organization<\/strong>, has already received a total of 76 volunteers<\/strong> from different nationalities, involved in activities in the organization and in the community of Santa Maria da Feira divided into three axes<\/strong>: Social Solidarity, Community and Environment and Communication for Change<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Pessoas & Planeta<\/h3><\/div><\/div>[vc_column_text]The People & Planet Project results from an application to the European Solidarity Corps in the typology Volunteering Partnerships, and intends to be a transnational volunteering project, in order to increase the involvement of young people, especially those with fewer opportunities, in sending, hosting and volunteering team activities to promote solidarity and sustainable development of the community and the environment.<\/p>\n
